A recruitment firm with Client under CMM Level 5 Companies over Pan India.
Job Description:

Level 2/ Level 3 and SME support of Internet Access based technologies - Proxy servers, Proxy PAC Servers, Content Filtering, Web Reporting etc. The role includes queue monitoring, troubleshooting, ticket management, problem resolution and vendor management. The Engineer should be willing to work in Shifts in a 24/7 environment.
Skill-set:
ESSENTIAL:

- Extensive Experience in BlueCoat SG (with substantial exposure on Application Delivery Networks), BlueCoat AV & other BlueCoat products, AdNovum Nevis SuisseID Proxy, Websense Web Security & Filtering Solutions, Symantec DLP, TREND Micro InterScan Web Security Suite, F5 Technologies, Internet Security & Acceleration Servers 2006 / TMG, Internet Information Services (IIS Webservers 5.0 and above), CISCO Ironport S Series
- Extensive Knowledge of the Internet.
- Windows Networking skills (with considerable exposure on DNS Troubleshooting).
- Basic UNIX operating system skills
- Experience in Scripting Languages like Perl, Windows scripting and batch processing, Text Processing using REGEX.
- Experience in Network Protocol Analysis (using Protocol Analyzers like Wireshark Ethereal, tcpdump, Netmon etc.)
- Good ticket handling skills using CRM Tools like BMC Remedy, Unicenter Service Desk etc.
- Excellent customer interaction skills

DESIRABLE:

Exposure on Smartfilter Reporting & Filtering, Websense Reporting, Bluecoat Reporter, Webtrends, Knowledge of other programming & scripting languages like "HTML, PHP, ASP, VB Script", Exposure on Apache Web Servers. Excellent Computer Networking skills (Knowledge of Windows Networking utilities and tools), Exposure on Directory Services (Primarily Active Directory).
