1. To perform tasks as per process documentation (receive input and process to generate suitable output such as letters, calculations, update database as required)

2. To maintain detailed audit trails for all activities, and maintain effective documentation with regard to each case

3. To support other team members (e.g. new recruits) coaching and enabling them to deliver expected service to the scheme members

4. To be involved in running service and process improvement projects within the team giving tangible benefits to the organization

5. To keep process documentation up to date and to ensure any changes are reviewed and authorized by the Process Lead / Team Leader
