Role : Web Development/Support Engineer XHTML/JavaScript/PHP/ASP/Web Applications

Job Profile Description :
- Be the central point of communication with customers on all technical aspects of FusionCharts

- Reply to technical support tickets/emails directly and in collaboration with the Sales team

- Manage and handle queries on the FusionCharts Forum (http://forum.fusioncharts.com)

- Delight customers everyday with the timeliness and accuracy of your replies

- Build elaborate and exhaustive samples and demos for our products (see examples at http://www.fusioncharts.com/demos)

- Write technical content for our Knowledge Base (http://kb.fusioncharts.com)

- Be the internal support personnel for Sales, Marketing and other teams

- Be active on external forums on technical issues relating to FusionCharts

Desired Candidate Profile :
------------------------------------

- Hands-on experience in development of web applications

- Good understanding of JavaScript and XML

- Solid knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS and cross-browser platform constraints

- In-depth understanding of the required web scripting technology (ASP.NET, PHP etc.)

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Self-starter and able to learn new technologies on your own.

Experience : 2 - 10 years.
