Job Description :

Desired Candidate Profile
We have multiple openings for experienced web designers and developers (2 to 5 years)
Should be able to convert graphic design specification into equivalent HTML pages to a pixel perfect match
Must have excellent layout design skills preferably with HTML5 and CSS3
Thorough knowledge and experience developing for cross browser compatibility and understanding of usability issues. Knowledge of current web-design trends and techniques constituting Web2.0
Expertize in JavaScript & JQuery/DOJO and related frameworks (ExtJS nice to have)
Hands-on experience with one or more design suites such as Adobe CS2/CS3, Macromedia Flash, Dreamweaver, Coreldraw, Illustrator
Good communication skills; team player; ability to work under minimal supervision
Passionate about learning new tools & technologies with a “can do” and “get it done” attitude
Ability to manage multiple tasks, project details and tight deadlines with attention to detail


Nice to have:
Experience with mobile web application development
Knowledge of Content Management Systems and experience integrating with them
Good Flash animation skills. Knowledge and experience in XML galleries with Flash AS2 or AS3 would be a plus
Ability to create mockups based on client specifications using tools like Balsamiq
