JOB DESCRIPTION : Profile of the position

10-15 years' experience selling IT solutions to mid-large enterprise & PSU accounts , with at least 3-4 years' experience managing sales people.
Good exposure to SI and IT services sales. Preference for someone who can bring existing relationships with clients / OEMs to the table and enable immediate business for his team members.
Must have good intelligence on the Chennai market.
Should have good communication skills ( written and verbal )
Should be able to give technical presentations.
Should have hands-on working experience on Server , Storage , Managed Services , Desktops , laptops , security solution , UPS , data centre solution , DR solution , Services Sales , Networking solutions.
Good exposure to SI and IT services sales. Preference for someone who can bring existing relationships with clients / OEMs to the table and hit the ground running from Day 1.
Candidate for IT ( System Integration ) , IT services and Telecom background are preferred.
Should be a team player , able to handle a team of sales people.
Should have successfully achieved sales target for last 3 years.
Should be a graduate & MBA from a premier institute.


Roles & Responsibilities / KRAs


Overall product marketing responsibility for the assigned products.
Prepare operating marketing plan with product-wise territorial sales target
Determine team Targets
Prepare and analyze sales performance and summary report
Ensure profitability and competitive advantage
Ensure implementation of the marketing plan and achievement of sales target through effective co-ordination and techno commercial support to the team.
