They should have skills like Identify the Hardware or any other Problem and trouble shooting , Knowledge of Networking to handle local LAN & WA , Installation & Maintenance , Install / Support / Maintain / Trouble shoot various IT Hardware ( Desktop , Laptop , Peripherals ) , Knowledge of and Operating system Win98 / 2000 / Xp. / Vista / Win Server 2003. Candidates should be able to Provide Support for Windows OS and standard Office Automation Software and Solve Customer Technical Issues. They should have good communication skills.
